Nutritional energy drinks are all good sources of vitamins. They are ideal for anyone concerned about getting the right amounts of vitamins, minerals and essential nutrients in their diet in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. However, it’s important to remember that nutritional drinks are usually used to add to your diet and not replace it. Many nutritional drinks are made in soils free of pesticides. Today, more and more nutritional drinks are based on fruits and fruit juices.
